ABOUT

The Social Science Research Laboratory (SSRL) is a full-service survey research organization located on the San Diego State University campus. SSRL was founded in 1974 to support social research at San Diego State University and in the San Diego community. Over the years, SSRL has proven its research capabilities through completed project contracts with government agencies, community organizations, university administrative units and university faculty. SSRL conducts community surveys, policy evaluations, satisfaction studies and program evaluations.

Professional Memberships and Qualifications

AAPOR

All of SSRL’s full-time staff are members of the American Association for Public Opinion Research (AAPOR) and abide by AAPOR’s Code of Professional Ethics and Practices. Ms. Cirina currently serves as the Conference Social Activities Coordinator for AAPOR’s Conference Operations.

American Evaluation Association

Several SSRL staff specialize in evaluation research and are members of the American Evaluation Association. More information about AEA is available at http://www.eval.org/.

CMOR

SSRL is a member of CMOR (the Council on Marketing and Opinion Research). More information about CMOR can be found at www.cmor.org.
