Telephone Interviewer Positions

Research Services hires telephone interviewers throughout the year. The telephone interviewer position is a part-time hourly position. Duties include attempting to contact potential respondents, interviewing respondents using a set of scripted questions and instructions, and coding information accurately. This position does not involve any sales or fundraising.

Interviewers must work a minimum of 15 hours (3 shifts) per week. Shifts are available weekday evenings from 4 to 9pm or weekends from 12-5pm.

Starting salary is dependent upon experience and language ability. SSRL conducts a substantial portion of its interviewing in Spanish.

Successful candidates will:

• Possess good communication skills
• Be capable of maintaining the confidentiality of respondents
• Be available to work 15 hours (3 shifts) per week
• Be available evenings and weekends
