Needs Assessments

SSRL can collect informative data to assist you in designing a program to meet the needs of your intended population. We can conduct surveys or focus groups to determine:

• The relative need for your service
• Which services are already being provided
• Where service gaps exist (geographically, demographically)
• Ways to reach your intended population

Process Evaluations

Programs run more efficiently when their implementation is regularly monitored to ensure accountability and successful service delivery. If you are interested in assessing how well your program is following your implementation plan, SSRL can assist you in designing a process evaluation. We can collect data to help you determine:

• Whether your program is functioning as you intended
• Specific areas for improvement

Program Evaluations

SSRL provides many services designed to help you assess the impact of your program at the conclusion of key program phases. We can assist in research design, selecting appropriate outcome measures and data sources, data collection, data analysis and report writing. SSRL can offer you the data services and products you need to:

• Determine whether your program is meetings its goals
• Reflect on your program’s effectiveness
• Provide feedback to staff and/or participants about their performance
• Report to funders and stakeholders about your program’s effectiveness
• Provide recommendations for program improvement
